As our price range continues to expand, our deposit system now feels a little overcomplicated. Therefore we feel the simplest way is to request a 50% deposit on all dresses at the point of order - including bridesmaid and prom - from the 1st of January 2010. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

We will no longer be stocking the Malis Henderson/Elen Henderson collections and therefore are selling our existing stock on display at a 40% discount to clear. Please call if you would like more details. Many apologies but we are unable to take orders on these lines now.

SEPTEMBER

It's been a long eight months, but finally we are back in the Granary and we are looking forward to making a fresh start with some exciting new ranges and some fun and quirky touches in the shop. We have a reputation for being a little different and that's the way we want to keep it! Please accept our apologies for looking a little unfinished whilst we complete our final few refurbishments.

We are very excited to announce that we are now the proud new stockists of Tobi Hannah. Tobi exclusively designs only short and tea-length wedding dresses, having seen the potential for such styles going unfulfilled. Tobi's website showcases all her fabulous designs and we are delighted to say that not only are they made in London, they all retail under £500 (excluding alterations), with the option to alter size and length for a modest additional amount. As they are available in a huge choice of colours, they will also make wonderful party dresses and Tobi's signature design is in Bridal Path's favourite colour - shocking pink! Tobi tells us that Bridal Path have set a new record for her - the dresses were delivered to us on Wednesday and our first order went in on Saturday, the shortest time ever!

Filippa Scott is introducing her own line of beautiful accessories and jewellery - this will be arriving very soon. In addition Filippa has created her own wedding dress collection, made here in the UK and we are delighted to announce that we will be taking delivery of 4 styles around September/October time.

Rachel Simpson's new collection has arrived and is looking fabulous - heel heights and styles to suit all brides. Bridal Path is happy to order in any styles not stocked for brides to try at no obligation.

Jenny Packham, Stewart Parvin and Amanda Wakeley have launched their new 2010/11 collections in London and Bridal Path has selected 16 new dresses across the two collections, offering something new, fresh and gorgeous from all the designers. These dresses will be in store around September/October time.

The 'Acacia I', ‘Acacia II', 'Acacia III'and now 'Acacia IV' headpieces and 'Acacia Bracelet I' and 'Acacia Bracelet II' by Jenny Packham are now in stock and we have had huge interest in these pieces. All are perfect not only for weddings but also for special occasions. We are offering these pieces for hire as well as for sale to ensure those brides on a more restricted budget can enjoy these fabulous accessories. We will look at adding further pieces to hire by request. There will also be a couple of items from Jenny's new collection available from September/October.

We have now taken delivery of Rosie Willett's 'Georgina' flower headband with birdcage veil, in response to requests from brides who are working a 40's/50's style. This has already proved to be a hit with both brides and mothers of the bride and looks fabulous made in any colour.

OCTOBER/NOVEMBER

Once our new dresses are all safely delivered, we will be celebrating the beginning of a new era at Bridal Path after our rather rocky start to the year! We are planning a launch party not only to view our stunning new dresses, but just in time for thinking about the Christmas party season and refreshing that little black dress with some new sparkles from our accessory collection! Dates to be confirmed, watch this space.

We will be officially closing for Christmas on Saturday 18th December and will then be operating the following hours over Christmas and New Year:

We have confirmed our Jenny Packham Designer Day for Saturday 8th January. This was a very popular day last time and appointments book up very quickly. Petra Marcus, who manages the 3 Jenny Packham boutiques in London, will be on hand with the new season's collection to give brides the best choice possible and there will be a discount offered on the day for any Jenny Packham dresses and accessories purchased.
